On June 21st, author Ravit Rose as she launches her groundbreaking book, Unwanted Nasty Divorces. Emotional survival and jumping through legal hoops aren't easy, but they are possible. Ravit's new book covers all of these issues, and brings a message of hope: Hope for ending the struggles and a better tomorrow. Two special guest experts provided us with pertinent information about mediation and collaborative law: the two best options for alternate dispute resolution.
Dominic A. D'Abate, Ph.D., t.s., is a licensed social worker, family mediator, co-parenting coach and parenting coordinator. He is the director of the Consensus Mediation Center. He has worked for over 40 years with children, couples, families and mental health professionals in the capacity of counsellor, trainer and supervisor. In the past twelve years, he has played a major role in introducing Parenting Coordination to Quebec. He is the psycho social presenter, along with a lawyer who presents the legal segment, for the English parenting after separation and divorce seminars at the Superior Court of Montreal.
